I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE photographing newborns. I first fell in love with newborn photography when my son Jaxon was born. Because it was my son, I was very comfortable moving him in the right positions, and getting the shots that I was dreaming of.
The best time to photograph newborns is when they are less then 10-days old. They sleep more, and you can pretty much pose them however you want to. Except sometimes it can be a little bit unpredictable.
This sweet babe below was quite awake throughout our first session, so we actually scheduled two sessions for this bundle of love! Some of these were taken at 4-days old, and some at 10-days old.
I hope you enjoy these as much as I have enjoyed editing them. A child is a blessing from GOD. They are what makes life living for.
Congratulations to my sweet dear friends Abby & Russell. You guys will make great parents, and I have all the faith in the world that Sara will grow up to be a great, beautiful, smart young lady.
P.S. Russ – Dad- You hug that little girl every day for me. XO
